Indoor soccer offers several benefits for young players, both in terms of skill development and overall fitness. The smaller playing area in indoor soccer forces players to think and react quickly, enhancing their ability to make fast decisions under pressure.
The walls and confined space mean the ball stays in play more, giving players more touches and improving their dribbling, passing, and shooting techniques. Indoor soccer is generally faster-paced due to the smaller field and fewer players, which helps develop agility, reflexes, and quick movements.
With fewer stoppages and continuous play, young players stay engaged and get more involved in the game, leading to better fitness and stamina.
Our 10-week Winter League consists of one 90-minute indoor weekday training session and one small-sided game, 6v6 or 7v7, on Sundays which will keep your player improving over the Winter season.

Key elements of our Winter Soccer Skills Model:
Key Focus: Technical mastery, individual and small-group tactical awareness, with emphasis on movement and footwork education
Long-term player development coaching, age-appropriate skills and techniques
Developmentally appropriate small-sided competitive games
Constructive feedback: We give each child a post-season training assessment to evaluate their progress and growth.
Real Results:
Development and growth do not happen without being aware of and applying specific principles. We create a safe environment to relax, have fun, make mistakes, sometimes fail, succeed, and continually grow. We integrate these core values with every training session and produce well-rounded athletes and thoughtful human beings.
